I saw this guy when I applied last March in Sykes. He’s this typical emo-ish hair, plugs on the ears and glasses like nerds guy. My eyes are set for him that time. Little did I know that we were supposed to be on the same class but fate didn’t allow it. A month of training already passed and yet I only see him when his shifts about to start and us— having our smoke break.

We had this activity that we’re supposed to stay with our mentors, discussing what’s going to happen on our mock calls and live certification. While on the ops floor I was sight seeing for him since I know that its the time his shifts starts. I was tired of looking for him and suddenly a guy came up just a cubicle away and said “You’re so close yet so far.” As I lift my head up trying to know who that person is, it was him. But the words he just said are for my mentor in which he mistakenly thought that it was me. What a coincidence huh. Anyway, he was also handled by my mentor on the previous class. Small world isn’t it? Haha

Today, something happened that my heart skipped a bit. My mentor actually talk to him and said that “Naa’y ng regards nimu. Kana siya ayy.” While glancing at me. I thought my mentor would never betray me and would never say who it was but yeah, she already sold me out. The guy said “Yeah, naka-familiar ko niya. I thought gani ikaw tu akong kasugat but nahibong ko ngano ni daut ug ni gamay ka.” As he converse with my mentor. “By the way, tell her she’s cute.” And like, OHMYGAHD! Hahahahaha can I just explode for being so kilig?! Hahahaha as my mentor said it to me, I can’t help but turn to red. Hahahaha
